Invited List of Buyers

There are two methods of filtering your buyers one is to Invite buyers to your auctions or Black Listed Buyers to your auctions.  Each provide three ways to filter your buyers,
       a.  by member name
       b.  by email address
       c.  by feedback rating
 

Please note:  You can only use one or the other as these restriction setting will conflict with each other.
